5 Denver Foodies to Follow Online

Sarah Saenz • January 11, 2022

Did you know Denver was rated the seventh best town to live in as a foodie? Personally, we think Denver should be bumped up a bit.

According to a survey done by WalletHub, The Mile High City not only has some of the best restaurants in the country, it was also found to be fairly wallet friendly (which us ballers on a budget love 🤩).

With so many options to choose from, I have relied heavily on social media food bloggers to point me in the direction of the hottest restaurants and coveted hidden gems the city has to offer. Keep reading to find out my favorite accounts I check when I'm looking for a new spot to try!

1. Pao Denver (@pao_denver)

When you follow Pao Denver, you are essentially subscribing to "Yelp for Hidden Gems." Not only do they feature some of the most delicious restaurants in town, they also share the most "Instagrammable" experiences! Pao is perfect for foodies looking for those looking for all things Denver, from the most casual of coffee shops to the most extravagant chef-owned restaurants.

One of my favorite things about Pao is their app! Featuring photos and reviews from other users of all the coolest spots. They even have a map you can explore with pinned photos so you can find the best places closest to you.

2. Denver Food Adventures (@denverfoodadventures)

For those who want the photos of the food to speak for itself, Denver Food Adventures is for you. Their Instagram feed is basically just photos of delicious food with a quick caption of what dish it is and from where. I love how minimalistic their Instagram feed is and how I can find out about new places to try but am still able to go into the restaurant blind and form my own opinion. If you want a bit more information on their spotlighted restaurants, head to their Tik Tok for their commentary about their experience eating there!

3. Denver's Best Happy Hour (@denver_happyhour)

If Happy Hours are more your jam, check out Denver's Best HH! They show you the best places to hit up after work or when you want a night out on the town and you're on a budget. With so many great restaurants and bars in the city, having somewhere to check out who has the best deals or who's Happy Hour lasts the longest is so helpful!

4. Denver.Foodie (@denver.foodie)

Kristina's page is for people who want a more personal food blogger experience. Denver Foodie is ran by one woman as she hunts for the best food and drinks in Denver. I have personally been following Kristina for quite some time and she has opened my eyes to countless gems! I love that following her feels like following a friend and I trust her opinion as much as I would anyone else I was close to.

5. 303 Magazine Food & Booze (@303_food)

For a more professional food blog, 303 Magazine Food & Booze comes straight from the 303 Magazine staff. Each post is extremely high quality and includes a spotlight of a local eatery or bar with a short description and if you want to read more about each spotlight you can click their link in their bio to a full article out of their magazine!

Search engine optimization is often misunderstood. Many businesses assume that adding a few keywords to their homepage or publishing an occasional blog post is enough to improve rankings. When traffic does not increase, they conclude that SEO simply does not work for their industry. In reality, most SEO challenges stem from structural issues, inconsistent strategy, or incomplete implementation rather than a lack of opportunity. If your SEO efforts are not producing results, the solution is rarely more content alone. It starts with addressing the foundation.

When businesses think about redesigning their website, the first word that usually comes to mind is “refresh.” New colors. Updated fonts. Modern layout. But a high-performing website redesign is not about aesthetics. It is about performance. A strong website should generate leads, drive sales, improve search visibility, simplify content management, and clearly communicate your brand. If it only looks better but does not function better, it is not a redesign. It is decoration.

You’re getting traffic. People are clicking your ads. They’re finding you on Google. They’re even browsing your pages. But the leads? The calls? The form submissions? Crickets. If your website isn’t converting, the problem usually isn’t traffic. It’s what happens after someone lands on your site. Here’s where to start.

If your website looks good but isn’t bringing in leads, you are not alone. This is one of the most common frustrations we hear from business owners. The site isn’t “bad.” It loads, it functions, and it might even get traffic. But it still feels like it’s underperforming. The truth is, your website probably isn’t broken. It just isn’t working hard enough. A strong website does more than exist online. It guides visitors, tells a clear story, builds trust, and motivates action. When one of those pieces is missing, results stall.

If your website feels outdated, you are probably not imagining it. Design standards, user expectations, and search engine requirements evolve quickly, and what worked even a few years ago may now be holding your business back. Your website is often the first impression customers have of your brand. When it feels slow, cluttered, or difficult to use, visitors notice and often leave before taking action. Below are some of the most common reasons websites start to feel outdated, and what modern websites do differently.
