OUR WORK

Alex Schupp

Founder, Crowd Digital Marketing

Alex Schupp started his career at Boulder advertising agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky. His next move was to Boston, MA, as he grew social media marketing startup SocialMadeSimple from a team of 4 to 24+ as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development.

Missing the mountains, Alex returned to Colorado to serve as Director of Digital Marketing for a boutique social marketing agency in Denver. After doubling the company revenue, Alex moved to Spotzer Digital to manage white label partnerships. At Spotzer, Alex served as Operations Manager (North America) before being promoted to Vice President of Operations and Partnerships for the global company.

Schupp left Spotzer and founded Crowd Digital Marketing in 2017 with the goal of working with growing businesses and brands. Some of Crowd's clients include Temaki Den, Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado, SportsObsession.com, the City of Boulder, The Powder Alliance, Woods Boss Brewing Company, The Missouri Democratic Party and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado.

In his free time, Alex enjoys snowboarding, hiking, foraging, disc golf and cooking, and also serves on the Board of Directors at Veterans to Farmers (www.veteranstofarmers.org).

Once the holiday rush fades, many businesses see a predictable dip in website traffic, sales, and overall engagement. It’s normal; customers are recovering from peak-season spending, businesses are catching their breath, and marketing often slows down. But here’s the good news: the post-holiday period is actually one of the best times to strengthen your digital presence and set the tone for the year ahead. At Crowd Digital Marketing, we help businesses navigate this transition by focusing on smart, sustainable strategies that keep momentum going long after the decorations come down. Below, we’re breaking down some of the most effective ways you can maintain your marketing energy post-holiday and use this time to get ahead.

The holiday season is one of the busiest (and most competitive) times of the year for online businesses. With customers shopping earlier and expecting seamless digital experiences, brands need to find creative ways to stand out. One of the most effective (and easiest!) ways to do that is through website personalization . At Crowd Digital Marketing, we build websites on Duda , a platform that gives us powerful personalization tools to tailor the browsing experience based on timing, behaviors, locations, and more. This season, we worked with one of our clients, Sports Obsession , to bring holiday excitement to their online store using Duda personalizations. Below, we’ll walk you through what personalizations are, how Sports Obsession uses them, and how your business can use the same strategies to elevate your website this holiday season.

When someone lands on your website for the first time, they decide within seconds whether they’ll stay or click away. That first impression is often the difference between a new customer and a lost opportunity — and your homepage is the make-or-break moment. At Crowd Digital Marketing, we’ve seen firsthand how a well-crafted homepage can elevate a brand’s credibility, keep visitors engaged, and drive conversions. Here’s how to make sure yours is pulling its weight.
