3 Denver Dispensaries with Dope Instagram Feeds

Sarah Saenz • June 6, 2022

Everyone knows that Denver's elevation isn't the only reason it has been dubbed "The Mile High City".

Colorado's history with cannabis goes way back. In 2000, Colorado became the first state to place the right to medical cannabis in the state constitution with the passing of Amendment 20. In 2012, voters passed Amendment 64, legalizing the sale, possession, and use of recreational cannabis. And then in 2014, the Centennial State became the first state to open recreational dispensaries for legal cannabis sale.

Today, visiting a dispensary when visiting Colorado is on many tourists must-do checklist; and we know people are scoping out Instagram to decide where they want to go. Keep reading to check out 3 of the dopest feeds on the gram.

1. Terrapin (@instaterrapin)

1 N Broadway

Unit A150

Denver, CO 8003

Terrapin Care Station may not be a strictly Denver-based company, but their feed was too good to leave out of this list. We love how clean and cohesive their feed looked as soon as I opened their profile. Every photo follows a color scheme to create a consistent theme throughout their profile. This is a great strategy to increase your brand recognition when consumers come across your content!

2. Fox Cannabis Co. (@foxcannabisco)

4773 Fox St.

Denver, CO 80216

Fox Cannabis Co. is all business with their feed. They keep their posts on what's most important at the end of the day: their products. Their high-resolution photos not only let their inventory speak for themselves, it creates a beautiful feed to look at. In one aspect, I feel this adds to their credibility, giving off the vibe that they don't need to prove themselves. But this strategy could also exclude people who may not understand what they're looking at. All in all, Fox Cannabis Co. is definitely targeting their posts for an experienced consumer.

3. Native Roots (@nativerootsdispo)

Multiple Locations

How could I not include Native Roots in this list? As the proud “natives” that they are, Native Roots feed is filled with their products, facilities, and beautiful Colorado landscape. Featuring photos of their grow facility is a great way to bring their customers behind the scenes and boosts their credibility all at the same time. Showing their products being taken care of by real people proves their tagline: “Grown in Colorado with Love”.

Your website isn’t just a digital business card—it’s your 24/7 storefront, lead generator, and brand ambassador. At Crowd Digital Marketing, we believe every effective website is built on three key pillars: Reliability, Responsiveness, and Results . Whether you're launching a new site or optimizing an existing one, these "3 R’s" are what separate a good website from a great one.

Your website is speaking on your behalf. Before a customer sends a message, makes a purchase, or walks through your doors, they’re forming opinions based on what they see online. In many cases, your website is their very first interaction with your brand—meaning it’s already communicating something long before you say a word. At Crowd Digital Marketing, we’ve worked with brands across industries—from Michelin-recognized restaurants to political campaigns and local Denver institutions. And we’ve learned one universal truth: Every website tells a story. The key is making sure it’s the right one. Here are six common messages your website might be sending—and how we help clients rewrite that narrative to better reflect who they are and what they offer.
